We follow a four-phase approach to implementing your solutions.
PHASE 1 - DISCOVERY + DEFINITION
We listen to your team’s needs and work with you on the best design to fit your organization. A detailed requirements document will be created for sign-off.
PHASE 2 - SOLUTIONS SETUP + INTEGRATION
A dedicated DataLocker Sales Engineer will work with your team to efficiently and effectively set up your production-ready policies, settings, and third-party integrations.
PHASE 3 - TESTING FOR PRODUCTION + INTERNAL DOCUMENTATION
Our guideline is to detail the user, admin, and support processes of DataLocker Solutions. This will include documenting processes and testing to allow standardization of methods, definitions, accuracy, and usability of DataLocker Solutions. Ultimately, establishing and maintaining a document control system will provide the users with the framework to ensure consistency in form, function, support, and transparency.
PHASE 4 - TRAINING + PRODUCTION RELEASE SUPPORT
A dedicated DataLocker Sales Engineer will work with your team to provide all the resources needed for successfully training users, admins, and technical team members.
