DataLocker RMA Terms and Conditions

  • All units should be returned through the original point of purchase and will require proof of purchase for the warranty period to be validated. (Exceptions approved by Tech Support).
  • An RMA (Return Material Authorization) must be obtained from DataLocker for any unit being returned direct to DataLocker.
  • Any unit submitted without an RMA # will be returned/refused at sender’s expense.
