Human Resources Coordinator Job Description

Key Performance Indicators

  • 100% compliance for new employee onboarding training process
  • Track submissions of all employee performance reviews (report on missing submissions)
  • Annual Professional Employer Organization (PEO) renewals completion
  • Standardize all Job Descriptions and Job Postings per Culture Index standards
  • General Professional Attitude, Team Collaboration, Attendance 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all employee onboarding activities (compile and send offer letters, employment forms, background checks, facilitate onboarding training requirements, etc)
  • Manage postings for open positions and 1st round interviews as coordinated with the hiring manager 
  • Champion the use of Culture Index across the organization
  • Identify and facilitate training opportunities for DataLocker employees
  • Process any pay increases, bonuses, title changes, terminations, etc
  • Track and enter PTO for employees with exceptions (CA and Canada)
  • Submit annual harassment prevention training certificates
  • Coordinate gifts from DataLocker for employees (life events, work anniversaries, birthdays, etc) and clients (Christmas cards/gifts, welcome packages for visitors)

  • Base Pay: $19-29 per hour + participation in company bonus
  • Training for position: Formal and Informal
  • Physical Requirements: None
  • Required Education: High School or GED (college degree preferred)
  • Required Experience: 2+ years in related field. (preferred) HR training certifications
